This year we are having our 14th Semi-Annual Boating and Dinner event. This is an event for all as we usually have a nice balanced mix of singles, families and couples of all ages... Choose one of the following activities: A) Boating - Kayak , Canoe + new Rafting Option - minimum 4 to 8 people per raft, children as young as 3 B) Beach/ Relax - just relax and go swimming on a Beach along the Delaware River and/or Frisbee, sit in a hammock or just chill! NEW ADDITIONS THIS YEAR - IF WE HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE, THERE MAY BE A CHOICE OF LONGER PADDLE—YOU MUST ARRIVE EARLIER FOR THIS OPTION—described in the FAQ!!!! See the details page for more info
For those getting rides, you will be asked to pay the driver $25 / $35 depending on location for transportation, paid directly to the driver. For Dinner, we will have a hot kosher dinner from a Chinese restaurant in Springfield NJ, Tokyo Hibatchi, which is under the Vaad Harabonim of MetroWest . There will be plenty of food for vegetarians. Family rates for families with 3 or more kids available upon request. Also, the minimum age for kayaking is 13, so if you have a child who is 13 –15 who wants to kayak, contact me for a special rate. Minimum age for Canoeing is 6 and minimum age for rafting is 3. REGISTER EARLY BEFORE WE CLOSE THIS OUT—ITS USUALLY ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR EVENTS OF THE YEAR—RSVP form at the bottom of the page No refunds after June 29, 2026! ALL RSVPS BY SATURDAY July 11, 2026 AT THE LATEST! PAYMENT REQUIREMENT TO RSVP: In order to complete your reservation, you must PAY IN FULL AT THE TIME OF REGISTERING or the relevant deadline VIA PAYPAL OR send a check postmarked by the deadlines at the top of this page. RSVP deposits for Initial Rush are refundable until June 12, 2026 and for Early Bird RSVPs through June 29, 2026. Thereafter, you will need to find someone to take your place if you can’t make it to the event. PAYMENT METHODS - ZELLE OR PAYPAL You may pay in one of two ways, via Zelle or via paypal. Via Zelle To pay via zelle, the email I use is davetrekadventures@gmail.com. Please send me a $1 payment via zelle first, and then confirm that I received this by sending me an email at davetrekadventures@gmail.com and once you get confirmation from me, then you can send the rest. Via Paypal Go to the RSVP Form below, and you will be able to pay the RSVP via paypal, and then fill out the questionnaire. In order to get the discounted rate for a given deadline, you need to make your payment in full via paypal by the deadlines above. RAIN IN THE FORECAST MIGHT CANCEL THIS EVENT.
