Initial Rush Deadline                 Midnight Monday, August 4, 2025

Early Bird Deadline                    Sunday September 8, 2025

Standard RSVP Deadline        Sunday, October 5, 2025

 

 

 In order to get the price/rate for a deadline, you must do both of the following actions by the deadlines listed above:

 

A) Pay your deposit, either by check or my PayPal page ( see details below, or go there directly)

B) Complete the RSVP Form fully

 

Once you do both of these things, you will be registered. After the deadline has passed for a rate, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration, but once you do both of these things you are registered, so don’t worry if you are properly registered! We will then be in touch with you via email as to additional details for the event.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT TO COMPLETE YOUR RSVP:

 

In order to complete your reservation, you must make a non-refundable (except as otherwise specified) sent to paypal by the deadlines at the top of this page. 

 

In order to get the discounted rate for a given deadline, you need to make your deposit payment into paypal  by the deadlines above.

 

 

PAYMENT METHODS - PAYPAL Or Zelle

 

You may pay in one of several ways, via paypal or zelle. If you do not have easy access to paypal.com, contact me for details about paying via zelle.

 

Via Paypal

 

Deposits using PayPal

 

Click here to  go to my PayPal page.  and pay the deposit at PayPal’s site. You will then be redirected to the RSVP Form, which you will need to fill out fully in order to complete your reservation.

 

Payments in Full using PayPal (in addition to, or instead of, paying the deposit)

 

Instead of paying the deposit, you may also pay in full via paypal now or at any time. Since there are so many rate choices and time periods, its difficult to construct paypal buttons for all the different scenarios.

 

 However, all that you need to do to pay is full is the following:

 

A) Calculate what you owe, based on the rate tables below for the deadline in question ( make sure to subtract any deposits you might have paid already from this total amount.

B) Log into your account at  PayPal and send the monies to the following email address:

That’s it, your done!

 

If you are paying in full instead of paying the deposit, after visiting PayPal, you must then go to our RSVP Site and complete the RSVP Form in order to be properly registered for the event, and ensure that you get the price for the deadline in question.

 

All payments for the weekend must be in no later than Sunday, October 5. 2025 otherwise you will not be allowed to come on the weekend.

 

Thank you for your cooperation with these matters. We need to pay the Retreat Center in full while we are at the event, so we need to be able to deposit the monies in order to make payment to the Retreat Center within their deadlines. 

 

FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE WEEKEND:

 

 The retreat center is requiring us to make full payment the last day of the weekend. So unlike previous events, in order to come on the weekend you must make your  FULL PAYMENT PRIOR TO COMING ON THE WEEKEND.

 

If using paypal, the balance of your payment must be sent via PayPal no later than Sunday, 10/5/2025.

 

ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN SUNDAY, October 5. 2025.

 

 

FAILURE TO MEET THIS DEADLINE

WILL MEAN YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE WEEKEND.

 

 

REFUNDS/ CHANGES POLICY:

 

General Policy

 

You may request a refund of your  initial rush deposit by Wednesday 8/6/25. For any other RSVPs starting from 8/5/2025 onwards, you may request a refund until  Monday 9/8/25. 

 

For the Initial Rush, we are only asking for a payment of $150  per adult, with full payment of the  remaining balance by 9/8/25. We  are finalizing the agreement with Isabella Freedman and if we decide not to have this event you will be entitled to a full return of your deposit within 10 business days of when this decision is sent out to the email list/WhatsApp group.

 

No refunds will be allowed for anyone, no matter when you sign up,  after MONDAY, 9/8/25 , except as otherwise stated in this ‘Refund Policy’ Section. The retreat center imposes a large non refundable deposit on us, so we have no choice but to do the same to you. If you need to cancel after these deadlines, you may substitute someone who we approve for your spot( See Cancellation/switches, below). In such event, we will switch your deposit to that person, and you can seek your deposit from the substituted person.

 

Refunds - Changes in Room Class

 

 There are a limited number of rooms at each available rate. Once a room class ( Deluxe, Standard, Basic) is filled, you may need to take your 2nd choice. If neither your 1st or 2nd room choice is available, you will be allowed to cancel without penalty.

Cancellations/ Switch with new person

 

You may be able to switch your RSVP to another individual who has not yet signed up for the event and transfer your deposit to the new individual, but this is subject to prior approval by Davetrek Adventures. There are no refunds for such cancellations that occur after October 2, 2011. If this switch occurs and is approved, you will need to get your deposit back from the person you added on for the ‘switch’, as we will transfer your deposit to the new person. Thank you for your help and cooperation with this policy.

 

Changes in Dates - you can change the dates you want to come for, without penalty like switching from Shabbat Chol Hamoed to Simchat Torah, or vice versa, or add days to your stay until October 5, 2025, as space permits. You just need to settle up your bill by October 5, 2025 and pay any remaining monies due by then.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER  SEPTEMBER 8, 2025

Rates & Policies: Rates & Policies: room & board and onsite activities; off site activities (except local hiking) & any onsite craft  farm tours and onsite adamah classes will have additional fees.

 

Times listed are for room access - as specified on the website for this event, you will have access to  continue to use the facilities at Isabella Freedman on the day you leave until 3PM. Rates are subject to change until you pay the deposit.

 

Rates  You may come up for as many as 5 nights or as few as 1 night, plus the Wednesday night add on.

 

 

Check– IN & Check Out

 

You may come to Isabella Freedman as early as 1pm on the day of your arrival and check-in to your rooms by 4 PM. Check out the day that you leave is 9:00 AM - we will need to charge $50 per room for anyone who needs to check out later than 9:00 AM, so plan accordingly.  You may stay onsite until 4 PM on the day that you leave, except on Wednesday 10/15 you may check out as late as 9:00 PM and on Thursday 10/16 you may  stay only  until 11:00 AM.
