 In order to get the price/rate for a deadline, you must do both of the following actions by the deadlines listed above:

 

A) Pay your deposit, either by check or my PayPal page ( see details below, or go there directly)

B) Complete the RSVP Form fully

 

Once you do both of these things, you will be registered. After the deadline has passed for a rate, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration, but once you do both of these things you are registered, so don’t worry if you are properly registered! We will then be in touch with you via email as to additional details for the event.

 

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT TO COMPLETE YOUR RSVP:

 

In order to complete your reservation, you must make a $150 deposit ($300 for couples and families), postmarked or sent to paypal by the deadlines at the top of this page. 

 

In order to get the discounted rate for a given deadline, you need to make your deposit payment into paypal  by the deadlines above.

 

 

PAYMENT METHODS - PAYPAL

 

You may pay in one of two ways, via check or via paypal.

In order to get the discounted rate for a given deadline, you need to have your deposit payment postmarked by the deadlines above. $150 deposit required for individuals, $300 for couples and families. You may also pay in full via check at the time you send the deposit. You must pay the balance of what you owe via PayPal or check no later than Monday, June 30 2014, otherwise you will not be allowed to come to the weekend.

 

Thank you for your cooperation with these matters. We need to pay the Retreat Center in full while we are at the event, so we need to be able to deposit the monies in order to make payment to the Retreat Center within their deadlines.

Click here to  go to my PayPal page.  and pay the deposit at PayPal’s site. You will then be redirected to the RSVP Form, which you will need to fill out fully in order to complete your reservation.

 

Payments in Full using PayPal (in addition to, or instead of, paying the deposit)

 

Instead of paying the deposit, you may also pay in full via paypal now or at any time. Since there are so many rate choices and time periods, its difficult to construct paypal buttons for all the different scenarios.

 

 However, all that you need to do to pay is full is the following:

 

A) Calculate what you owe, based on the rate tables below for the deadline in question ( make sure to subtract any deposits you might have paid already from this total amount.

B) Log into your account at  PayPal and send the monies to the following email address:

That’s it, your done!

 

If you are paying in full instead of paying the deposit, after visiting PayPal, you must then go to our RSVP Site and complete the RSVP Form in order to be properly registered for the event, and ensure that you get the price for the deadline in question.

 

All payments for the weekend must be in or postmarked no later than Monday, June 29, 2015 , otherwise you will not be allowed to come on the weekend.

 

Thank you for your cooperation with these matters. We need to pay the Retreat Center in full while we are at the event, so we need to be able to deposit the monies in order to make payment to the Retreat Center within their deadlines. 

 

If you would like to save $6 per adult off of your rate, pay the monies due in full (not just the deposit) via the Mass Payment feature on Paypal. In order to use this feature, you must have a PayPal Premier or Business Account, NOT A STANDARD PERSONAL ACCCOUNT. Also, you must have the funds in your  paypal account, either because someone sent you money or by transferring money in from your bank account. YOU CANNOT USE A CREDIT CARD FOR THIS METHOD.  To see details of what you need to do, visit this website with very specific details, and this website with a follow along video that shows how to do it visually, step by step. You will be charged $1 for this option, so we are deducting $5 off your rate and $1 off for the fee. Take $6  off of your rate for each adult that you are registering and paying  when paying—if I your payment comes via the standard paypal method, and does not come to us via the Mass Payment method, you will owe  the $6 per adult fee, so make sure to only do it this way if you have the proper type of paypal account and money in your account or transferred in from your linked bank account. We will send a confirming email that things went through properly—thanks for your help, which reduces the fees for the event.

 

FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE WEEKEND:

 

 The retreat center is requiring us to make full payment the last day of the weekend. So unlike previous events, in order to come on the weekend you must make your  FULL PAYMENT PRIOR TO COMING ON THE WEEKEND.

 

If you are using a check, the balance of your payment via check must be postmarked no later than Monday 6/29/15 or must be sent via PayPal no later than Monday, 6/29/15.

 

ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MONDAY, June 29, 2015.

 

FAILURE TO MEET THIS DEADLINE

WILL MEAN YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE WEEKEND.

 

 

REFUND POLICY:

 

General Policy

 

You may request a refund of your deposit for up to 3 days after your initial sign up on the RSVP form, for all RSVPs until 6/21/15.

 

No refunds will be allowed for anyone, no matter when you sign up, after June 24, 2015, except as otherwise stated in this ‘Refund Policy’ Section. The retreat center imposes a large non refundable deposit on us, so we have no choice but to do the same to you. If you need to cancel after these deadlines, you may substitute someone who we approve for your spot( See Canceallation/switches, below). In such event, we will switch your deposit to that person, and you can seek your deposit from the substituted person.

 

Refunds - Changes in Room Class

 

 There are a limited number of rooms at each available rate. Once a room class ( Deluxe, Standard, Basic) is filled, you may need to take your 2nd choice. If neither your 1st or 2nd room choice is available, you will be allowed to cancel without penalty.

Cancellations/ Switch with new person

 

You may be able to switch your RSVP to another individual who has not yet signed up for the event and transfer your deposit to the new individual, but this is subject to prior approval by Davetrek Adventures. There are no refunds for such cancellations that occur after June 18, 2014. If this switch occurs and is approved, you will need to get your deposit back from the person you added on for the ‘switch’, as we will transfer your deposit to the new person. Thank you for your help and cooperation with this policy.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER  JUNE 24, 2015

 

Rates & Policies: room & board and onsite activities; off site activities (except local hiking) & any craft classes will have additional fees. Times listed are for room access - as specified on the website for this event, you will have access to facilities at Isabella on the day you leave until 3PM.

 

Rates are subject to change until you pay the deposit. Couples get an additional $25 off of the total for the couple for Standard and Deluxe rooms. Once you make your RSVP and pay the deposit, you may change your RSVP dates until 1 week before the start of the event.
