The Isabella Freedman Jewish Retreat Center is committed to providing you with Glatt kosher wholesome food that is sustainably grown and locally produced when possible, while also providing a distinctly Jewish culinary experience.

 

All salad and vegetable items are written as examples of what might typically be served. In order to offer the freshest possible items our chef may substitute other salads or vegetable options to reflect seasonal availability.

 

All Meat ( Beef and Poultry) is from Grow and Behold—OU kosher & pasture raised!!

 

All meals are buffet style.  Shabbat mealtimes are adjusted seasonally.

 

Arrival Snack:  (served on day of arrival at time appropriate for individual retreat)

supervision of and certified by the Hartford Kashrut Commission.
