Here is the plan:

 

A) Go to a really nice park (one of the best in Western NJ!) full of activities in the NJ, with singles, couples, families and kids,

B) Give people choice of a variety of things  like beach swimming, volleyball, hiking, etc (including nothing at all but hanging out),

C) Have a BBQ and a bonfire on Sunday and for those who want, camp on Sunday night with a nice campsite breakfast...

 

What more do you need?

 

You can come for the whole day on Sunday, just for the BBQ or for the entire time...

 

 

This year, we have a bonfire for everyone and camping  on Sunday night for a small amount of people, and the next day we will do a hike in the area. 

 

 

Here are some of the activities available:

Decide quickly so you won’t get closed out!  Right now, the weather looks to be awesome ( in the mid 80s and sunny). Severe rain cancels, but otherwise the event will occur.

BY THE DEADLINES ABOVE WILL BE REJECTED.

 

 

This is our first event in this park., but based on past experience  we have  had to reject  many people because people registered late or incompletely, and we still often sell out. It could be our biggest events ever! Register QUICKLY, so you don’t get closed out!

  

Directions - Will be supplied to those coming. This is near Morristown, NJ, within 1 hr of Manhattan. Please do not use GPS exclusively – it will get you only close to the park and not to the right place within the park, so print and follow along on the directions. Please note that there is a $10 per car entrance fee for the park, which is included in the ride fee when you offer to take 3 passengers or the van fee.

ADVANCE PAYMENT REQUIREMENT TO RSVP:

 

In order to complete your reservation, you must pay for the event in advance either  via check (postmarked by the deadline) or via paypal by the deadline at the top of this page. Failure to pay may result in your being unable to attend the event.

In order to complete your registration, you need to have your payment postmarked no later than MONDAY, 9/1/15.  Failure to do so may mean you will not be able to attend the event.

 

Via Paypal

 

When you complete the  RSVP form below selecting your activities, you will be directed to a paypal page and will be asked to log in and pay at PayPal’s site. Once  you complete the RSVP form and pay via paypal, you will be considered fully registered.

 

PRICING

 

The balance of any monies you might owe is due at the event. Please bring cash or checks (preferable)  made out to “Davetrek LLC”. When you arrive you will need to go through registration complete any payments for the event.

 

If you are a family who wants to go boating, please email me for a custom price – it depends on what you rent and how many kids are in your party.

Price Per Person —           Early Bird Pricing - Valid until Sunday, August 23

       Standard Pricing - Valid until Monday  - August 31, 2015

 

Tent rental spots* for singles, available at $10 per person

(* limited number of ten spots—one tent for single men, one tent for single women)

 

You may cancel and receive a refund until Sunday 8/23/15. Afterwards, you may either substitute a friend for your spot, upon our approval. NO credits or refunds  after , 8/23/15.
